I tend to write down my experience with services that I purchase, and today it will be regarding 'Pure Setups'.
Unfortunately, my experience is not a very good one. I'd like to start off by stating that in the end I did receive a full refund and an apology from King, AKA Hethempunch.
Around a week ago, I requested this service to primarily configure my server and fix any bug that is found. The first person who was setting up my server, after configuring one or two things up, randomly disappeared (which happened multiple times for different excuses, e.g: he went 'shopping'). I was informed that King and another person themselves were to set up my server. A day or two passed (without any updates being written down and sent to me) and King messages me to inform me that he is no longer able to work on my server. His excuse was that of his partners, which was that the FTP was deleting their uploaded work and was not working properly, this was accompanied by this image: https://gyazo.com/0c8c3785e54d89f03edd3bc68ae749d2
I am not here to accuse this service to be a fraud, but I will not hesitate to mention that I am genuinely worried about my files and builds which could have very easily been stolen due to the fact they had full access to the server. I really hope that at the least, this was not the case. Not to mention the unstable reputation this team already has due to one of their members.
Overall, I must de-vouch this service.

Ah."Different excuses" Phhhffffhhhhhh. Anyway. I was very busy that week, And you were very random and unorganized I could have completed everything in the time I was able to actually work if you were more specific. Anyway. I left the job to hethmen not knowing his other worker but in the end you do you
So you 'left the job to him'? Was the vacation a simple lie?
