I am writing this post for those solo builders who work hard but can't seem to get steady work.
I am writing this post for those freelance builders that wish to work for an organization.
In short, I am looking to create and manage a team of talented builders.
Builders who are hard working, friendly, and unique.

About Me:
An 18, Avid Gamer. I have played Minecraft since the 1.8 Beta. Introduced to the game from a friend, and ever since then I have been hooked! As many of us are.
Aside from Minecraft, I personally am finishing up the first half of schooling at my local fire academy, in hopes of becoming a firefighter.
I also hold a job as a cashier at a very well-known grocery store. And I have been with them for over 3 1/2 Years now. (Since I was 14).
Working there for over 3 years has allowed me to hone my skills in customer service.
(I have pretty much seen it all)
Other than that, my hobbies include Digital Design,
(Certified in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Playing Sports recreationally such as Football and Basketball.

What I Offer:
Now, I am not the best builder, let alone a great one. So I cannot offer my building skills in this team. However I am very creative and more than willing to offer my opinion.
What I do offer, is the ability to manage, and handle customers 1-on-1.
One struggle for free-lance or solo builders, is not only having the build to worry about, but to also have the responsibility of discussing everything with the customer as well. And for most, this can be quite difficult as they feel that they may not know how to speak to the customer professionally or that they may not have the ability to portray everything to a customer. That is where I come in. With my experience in customer service, I know exactly how to work with customers on a 1-on-1 basis. As well as that, I will be able to filter out appropriate projects, based on skills, availability, and work required.
For instance, instead of having your personal Skype being blown up with multiple requests, some of which may be just spam, I will personally filter out building requests that best suit the needs of my builders and the customers as well.

What Builders Will Receive:
Now of course most builders are offering their services for a fee. And most builders are looking to make some sort of profit for their hard work.
Now those builders who wish to join me, will receive a 80-90% commission on each build they have handled.
This is also a great way to expand your portfolio as a builder. The larger the portfolio they more work to come in.
