Hi! I'm the owner of a 40k Member Discord Server, and people have said multiple times that we should start a server.
Which I have a server idea, that I think a lot of my members & just everyone in general would enjoy.
Basically Medieval SMP. Where their is a large castle area, which is the safe zone. With hidden areas, and public facilities players can enjoy.
And the primary function would be different areas in that safe-zone where people can sign up for different jobs. For example if they chose to be a "Shadow Collector".
They will get access to the "Shadow Collectors" portal, that allows them to transverse into another realm, where they must collect shadows, to progress in their job.
There is quite a lot that could be expanded off this idea. Progression systems, different kingdoms, supporting kingdoms of your choice, etc.
But we could also do a very watered down version, if this idea is to complicated. I would love to hear opinions on it.

I'm 22 years old, I have a background in Software Engineering (non mc-related). Well as I was an avid Minecraft Player in my younger years.
This idea sounds really fun to me.
