Hello, I am the owner of a new server called Kodex.
Kodex is a survival server with it's own unique aspects and traditional survival plugins. I am not looking for someone who isn't interested in survival or someone who is only interested in the power that comes with moderation positions. I want you to genuinely enjoy the gameplay, otherwise I don't feel that you will hold up to expectations.
First of all, you should enjoy the server before you decide you want to be a moderator. Hell, you may not even like the way the server is setup, etc. I HIGHLY recommend, if not insist, that you join the server and play around, and be sure you enjoy the setup. Keep in mind, this server is brand new (1 day old) and doesn't have a well rounded community yet. Throughout the upcoming weeks I will be growing the server to the best of my ability.
Each applicant will be required to meet standards. Do not expect to be handed the job. You will also need to maintain the expectations to a reasonable amount. The staff team will only be comprised of dedicated and active members, if you don't have time or the ability to serve as a staff member in the way we need, do not apply. We are only looking for active, knowledgeable, fast-learning, responsive and communicative staff members. Staff meetings will be held twice a week, you will be expected to attend at least one. Discord is required for communication. You will be expected to understand the server rules to the highest degree. We are only accepting moderators and do not need anything of a higher level. Whichever one of the staff members stands out the most for promotion will be promoted as I see fit.
Once you've joined and decided whether or not you want to apply for staff, you can do so by PM'ng me with your in-game name. If you don't want to and only want to play as a member, feel free to do so! The server IP is play.kodexmc.com
