Just bought today a Minecraft Server and im hiring a Staff team.
I have big projects but i cant do it alone and im looking for some players that already know how plugins work or know how to build.

What type of server is it?

I have 2 servers from 2 different hosts , so there will be Bungee. We just are 2 in the staff team, some said a Modpack server and other a Server where is a bit of everything.
I think ill go with the second choice.-

Can you do something in particular? (Building, Good with plugins, Dev. etc) 3 years ago i found a love and a enjoyment for creating and developing MCServers and that is what i have been doing since. I have worked on several projects over the years as a staff member, Developer, and Plugin manager. I have taken 3 classes in Java and C++ and know the basics and more. I know how to run and keeps servers up to date and know how to run plugins, Edit them, And create minor Chat/World plugins.
Where are you from? I am from California which is PST UTC -8:00 And im on all the time.
