Redo my Medieval Sky Island Survival Spawn

INFO:
I need someone/team to re-create me and my friends Medieval Sky Island Village that we made for a contest. The owners of the contest didn't accept it since it was not on their server and us kind of got left with it. I'm currently trying to make it for my server, but we have no idea how to make the building work with a server as all the structures are for decorations purposes.

GENERAL NEEDS:
- Good Spawning area (For /spawn)
- Blacksmith (Will be used as Tinkerer from Crazy Enchants Plugin) (Will have NPC)
- Enchanting area (Will be used as Enchanter from Crazy Enchants Plugin) (Will have NPC)
- Auction House (For Crazy Auctions Plugin) (Will have NPC)
- Quest Area (Will have NPC)
- A Secret Black Market Area (Make it not as obvious but still somewhat hidden) (Will have NPC)
- A cooler jump off area when going into the portal (that little ledge) (I've built the portal on the edited world, will provide a download for both original and edited)
- And overall make it feel cosey and somewhat busy, less open spaces!
