ReflexMC Factions Network [Need Staff]

Hello MCM, my name is Allen. I am the owner of ReflexMC, an upcoming Factions-only Network. In our previous map we averaged 100-200 concurrent players. At the moment we have one server open, and another will be opening on 8/4/18. In anticipation for the upcoming release, we would like to recruit some more staff members. We are looking to fill all open positions, as quickly as possible. If you are experienced, and willing to work feel free to apply. If you application is accepted, you will be contacted by myself, or another staff member. Please join the community discord (below) as that will be the main way of communication if you were accepted. We will be looking for server-specific staff, which means that if you are accepted, you will only receive staff on which server we feel you will fit best in. We will be adding a third server soon, so we will be accepting applications to fill these needed positions.

Helper:
Helpers are required to be online 2+ hours a day, 3-5 days a week. They monitor chat, and ensure players are following the basic roles. Helpers are also required to help players that need to know server information, require links to shop, ip, etc. You will be dealing with players on a daily basis, and this position requires you to be patient with players, as well as professional with responses. Helpers are allowed to play the server, as the receive basic punishment commands. Helpers should also report all issues out of their control to Moderators, and ensure the best community experience.

Moderator:
Moderators are required to be online 3+ hours a day, 4-5 days a week. They also monitor chat, but also help out in support tickets in the community discord. It is the Mod's job to ensure that the community stays clean, similar to helper, but with more permissions. You will be dealing with support tickets in the discord, and is required that you can monitor the discord as much as you are active on the server, if not more. You will be dealing with members daily that need to be moderated, as sometimes the discord general chat can get a little "wild". Moderators are able to play as well, as they will not receive any permissions that could be abused to win ftop.

Administrator:
Admins are required to be online 3+ hours, daily. This position will require previous production server experience (with proof) and Admins are always required to be 100% professional, and handle everything with the best interest of the server. More information about the Admin position can be obtained once the applicant is accepted, as we have a unique Administration role on the server.


We will be looking for 2 Admins, 5-6 Moderators, and 10 Helpers. Once the positions are all full, we will only be accepting applications the traditional way. These positions are limited, and require the upmost professionalism, and must ensure you are prepared to handle a ton of community work. If you are inexperienced, or not willing to be staff on a moderate sized server for long-term, do not apply.

Edit: Hades has released and we are averaging 100+ concurrent users and a constant flooded chat. We are looking for two additional Admins, and two additional Moderators to keep up with the players.

Are any of these positions paid?

Only managers are paid positions, admins can work up to management positions by showing server dedication, but non of the immediate positions are paid.

With our upcoming Hades release (8/4/18) we will be expecting a lot of members from the discord (discord has 600 members currently) to be there for release. We will be investing $200+ into advertising strictly for that release. No set numbers yet but previous analytics showed 100-200 concurrent with only $50 invested.

We've worked with some creators in the past like SeanYT and been in talks with Dexter, we have none set in stone yet as they are normally booked and want paid up front. We will have creators for trailers and series on the server (can't give names yet as they aren't locked in)

my experience is that i invested 1k and got 10 players on weekends...

Possibly you chose bad advertisers, or had an unappealing server to the community? I haven't had this issue, fortunately. lol
