Report Plugin with OsTicket Integration

Hello all,

I am looking for a developer who can code a reporting plugin that will integrate with an OsTicket installation so after filing a report, it is shown on OsTick and updates are synced both ways so players can check on their status either in-game or on the web.

I would like the status to be printed in either a GUI or a book on request from either an initial GUI where you can view all your own reports or a command.

I would like an admin GUI to search and view all reports along with the "Quick Action Features" such as to close immediately (permission accepting).

Ideally, I would like all guis to be somewhat customizable.

I would like the ability to easily add custom categories and define which OsTicket department it is assigned to.

My budget is small so I would like offers rather than me setting a static price but I will be fair; I can do either PayPal or Bank Transfer.

The plugin needs to be easy to understand coding wise so that if you were to disappear, another developer could pick up the touch and update it to a new version of MC if needed.

The time frame is very flexible; no rush.

The server is running 1.17.1 PaperMC (Spigot Fork) on a Waterfall (Bungee Fork) proxy.

I could send a proof from chargeback and end neptune development whatever it is but i will be kind :)
