[REQUEST] Basic Towny/Faction Server setup

Hello everyone I am looking for a very basic Towny/Faction Server Setup, I would do it myself but I am much too busy with work.
Requirements:
MC Java 1,18
NO ECONOMY
NO DONATOR ROLES OR MARKETPLACE
NO KITS
Ability to set your spawn in your town
Ability to TP Request to others
Ability for your faction or Town members to warp to your town that you set.
Multiverse (So i can setup other worlds in the future)
A wilderness command or something similar so users can start somewhere
Dynamic Map so people can use the DynMap Website to see where they are in relation to other factions/towns

I would like this to be as Vanilla as possible
I would like the Towny/Faction plugin to be configured to have it so my players can create their own Towns
and plots and the ability to declare war on each other and take land from each other.

This will all be hosted on a shockbyte server i already have running
