Requesting Custom Drugs Plugin!

We can discuss price when we get in contact if you think you can help us make the plugin.

What we want it to do.
-First we want to be able to pick the items that the drugs will be.

-Second we would like a custom GUI to list the drugs and the effects and the Price of the drugs to be bought and sold.

-We would also like to be able to name the drugs after changing what item they are.

-We would like to be able to pick the effects of the drugs and how long they have the effect.

-We would also like to be able to choose if said drug would kill them or not.

Custom GUI Shop.
We would like a command to pull up a custom shop were you could buy and sell the drugs.

Note
We need this plugin to be HCF friendly. We are implementing the drug system in our HCF server so we need to be able to say if the drug will kill them or not because of DeathBan.
