Riddles Village is an upcoming Network that's striving to be the best Community Network out there. Developed for the people, by the people. Over the past two months, we’ve been working long hours to get our game modes created with the intention of offering early access within the next 3 months. To help with our goal, we need more people to help with the development of the network. We are seeking volunteers who would be willing to work for us without expecting some form of payment. Due to our current stage of development, we are limited in funds. Some positions are a ROI.

Helpers need to have an extensive amount of knowledge on Minecraft. Your duties would include monitoring the chat, answering players questions, and informing a senior staff members of any problems.
Moderator
Moderators will carry out all tasks that a helper would, in addition to their own tasks. You will be in charge of moderating the forums, reporting any found bugs, assisting players, and making sure they are having fun.
Admin
Admins will carry out all tasks, from helpers to moderators, while also doing server sweeps, and keeping everything running smoothly as possible. The are also responsible for managing ban requests, donations and players’ problems.
Co-founder
The Co-Founder will carry out any and all tasks deemed necessary for the network to perform and operate correctly. This position is an investment. Ideally, it is for someone who’s willing to put in money for server cost for a percentage of future server profit.
Recruitment Info
Riddles Village is a start up network aiming to be community driven. We intend to create custom game modes for the network and build alongside our players. We are currently at the early stage of developing our servers, we are making huge gains now that school is over. We’re recruiting staff for the early access in 3 months. The staff we are seeking are mature, people-oriented, and happy to help our players, while also enjoying themselves.

Helpers

- Do you have a decent working mic?
- Are you older than 16?
- Do you have Discord or are you willing to download it?
- Do you have proof of experience or can you tell us in depth of previous experience?
- Do you work well in a team?
- Do you speak English fluently? Being bilingual is a plus.
- Are you able to at least dedicate 2 hours out of your day?
Moderators

- Do you have a decent working mic?
- Are you older than 17?
- Do you have Discord or are you willing to download it?
- Do you have proof of experience or can you tell us in depth of previous experience?
- Do you work well in a team?
- Can you dedicate at least 3 hours a day?
- Are you familiar with xenforo forums?
Admin
You will need to fill out the application (here), but before you do, do you meet the recruitment?
- Do you have a decent working mic?
- Are you older than 18?
- Do you have experience with Linux?
- Are you familiar with bungee, and waterfall along with spigot/plugins?
- Can you be a leader? Are you willing to lead a team?
- Can you effectively communicate with the team and make a fair judgement on whether someone should get banned or whether someone should be promoted to a staff rank.
- Can you dedicate your time into improving the community?
- Can you put in 4-6 hours every day?
Co-Founder
Before you read the requirements for Co-Founder, I want you to know that I’m truly dedicated to this network and aim to make it succeed even without a co-founder. I'm also not desperate to fulfill the co-founder position, but finding someone would ease the heavy lifting.
Co-Founder
- You must be experienced in owning a server or network.
- Have valid proof to show your experience.
- You need to have Discord & Skype and be active on all of them.
- Fluent in English
- You need to be 18+ or older to apply for this rank.
- You must be willing to help with attracting a player base via media, advertising and videos.
- You need to be willing to invest in the network
- Can troubleshoot server errors and correct them.
- You understand plugin setup and project management.
