Looking for some builders for a highly dedicated and reliable RPG server. Doing very large scale development, and need some assistance.

• Large variety of projects available, from terraforming to dungeons to buildings and towns
• Many building tools available, additional added upon request
• Fairly loose guidelines for builds, so you can mostly do what you want in regards to creativity. Or just have work dictated to you, both are there.
  
• Established setting/lore/world that can be fleshed out or even changed upon via your builds, if you're into that kinda thing
• Many other builders running around, possibly admiring your work
