Who are we?
Hello, my name is Sam and I am greeting you on behalf of unofficial build team. So far just including myself.
We are a new build team but we have individually completed many talented builds which you can find in our portfolio.
What do we do?
Our team can achieve a variety of different build styles going from rustic all the way through medieval and to modern. We do many types of builds such as spawn, arenas and terrain.
Each member has been building for most of their minecraft experience and we are able to implement all our ideas to create a truly unique and talented build for each and every customer.
How much?
It really depends on the build, and since we're fresh we don't have a fixed price for a specific size, but it would go something like this:
50x50 - $5
75-75 - $7
100x100 - $10
For anything above 100x100, a price will be made depending on the user's request.
What's the process?
First, the customer will contact me on Skype or Discord with a request for a build. This request should include what you want doing and how big you want it and how much will be paid.
Next, I will estimate a finished by time and I will begin the build with my team.
Our team sends screenshots every milestone during the build so the customer can keep watch on the progress.
Once the build is halfway complete the buyer will then send half the amount that is required for the build and when the build is complete we will send the build to the customer and then the buyer pays the other half. If it is a free build this obviously doesn't matter.

We do not provide refunds as the whole point of the half pay system is so you are satisfied before you purchase the full product.
We will take credit for any build that is purchased. You must accept this before the build is commenced.
