If you have never dealt with this user you cant just devouch someone for them “seeming toxic”. You are potentially ruining this users deals and you have no legitimate reason to do so apart from you not personally liking them. Do you have any actual reasons for users not dealing with him? Any actual reasons for a devouch? Do you even have proof of them being actually toxic and not just an empty devouch that could ruin his rep?
