To bring this vision to life, I'm looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join my team. Specifically, I'm seeking:
- Server Administrators (21+): Experienced individuals with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of server management. You'll be responsible for overseeing the server's overall operation, ensuring stability, and implementing community-driven decisions. [PAID POSITION]
- Developers (21+): Skilled individuals with experience in plugin development, configuration, and custom content creation. (Note: I have plugin development experience myself and will be overseeing and contributing to the development of the server alongside other developers.) [PAID POSITION]
- Moderators (18+): Responsible individuals who can maintain a positive and respectful environment within the server. You'll be tasked with enforcing rules, resolving conflicts, and providing assistance to players, and understanding the nuances of custom implemented game play.
- Helpers (16+): Friendly and knowledgeable players who can assist new members, answer questions, and provide guidance. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and supportive community, and to assist in explaining custom features.
What I'm looking for:
- Passion for Minecraft and community building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
- A genuine desire to contribute to a positive and engaging server environment.
- Experience in the requested roles.
- A strong interest in, and/or experience with, custom plugins and features.

- Player-driven events and projects.
- Open communication and feedback channels to ensure everyone's voice is heard.
- The community will help decide on things like plugins, world generation, and server events.
