The Offer: A True Partnership
This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a company. The offer is designed to reflect that:
- Significant Equity Stake (10%): You will receive 10% equity in the parent company, with a standard 4-year vesting schedule. You are an owner of the entire enterprise from day one.
- Success-Triggered Cash Incentive (10% of Net Sales): You will receive 10% of all Net Sales Revenue for 12 consecutive months.
- The best part: This 12-month clock only starts in the first calendar month the company achieves $2,000 in Net Profit. This ensures your reward is directly and fairly tied to the success you create.
- Total Autonomy: You will have complete creative freedom and operational authority to build and run your division. You are the expert and will be treated as such.
- Build Your Own Company: As we grow, you will have the right to establish your division as its own subsidiary (e.g., "NewName Studios, LLC"), with you as its President/CEO.
- Lead Architect & Developer (Phase 1): Be the hands-on technical founder, architecting and building our core Minecraft server infrastructure. You will have full autonomy to choose the best modern tools and languages on the JVM (Java, Kotlin, etc.) to build a high-performance, scalable system with no technical debt.
- Founder & CEO (Phase 2): As we succeed, you will build and lead your own team, manage your P&L, and run your studio as a distinct business unit within our ecosystem.
- An expert-level Java developer who lives and breathes the Minecraft plugin ecosystem.
- An entrepreneurial leader who is more excited by building a company from zero than joining one at fifty.
- A strategic partner motivated by ownership, autonomy, and the potential of a massive equity outcome.
