Hello MCM! So I'm currently the owner of a custom factions server, flamingpvp.net. We have a great server with lots of money, time, and dedication invested into it, but due to the fact that I'm very busy with other things U am no longer able to take care of the server. Therefore, I'll be selling the server.

The server is a factions server, but it has some very special and unique features to it. The main feature is our custom enchant system, which we spent a lot of time and effort on. This feature really hooks many new players and is what causes them to stay.

FlamingPvP used to be a very successful server, and we were able to achieve a player base of almost 30 players within our first month of creating the server. Overall, the server made about $1000 in just the first few months of being released, but because we stopped maintaining the server the player base eventually went down. Enough being said, here are the details of the server information and how it will be sold:

Spawn: Custom
Website: flamingpvp33.enjin.com (the website was downgraded because we no longer work as much on the server, and the custom IP was also removed for that reason. The ranks in the shop are the same ranks that the server currently has though, and everything else in the website is up to date as well.)
Money Made: $1000 -If properly done, about $100 per week can be made on the server once the player base goes up to about 10 players.
Time Spent: 500 Hours+
Player base: 3-5 players -Player base can easily be increased by as much as 20 players by advertising one time.

The auction will start at $100 USD, but you can also buy the server now for $500.

Well it's cheap considering that the server is worth wayy more.

Worth $50- MAX. Spawn is very simple and the plugins are pretty much default configurations, The playbase is dead and so on.

So im just going off of what you and this other guy say about it being legit? And the spawn is simple. It has basic walls and overdetailed (stair and slab spam)

Yes, and no people have their options and I don't want to start a argument either. So I am going to step out here and just leave with best of luck with selling.
