Why do you want to be staff on PlasmaMC?
I want to help out PlasmaMC's community and make PlamaMC a better place for everyone,with legit players and a non toxic community.
Any expreince as a staff member on a diffrent server?
1)CasedianNetwork: I was first a moderator on a server called CasedianNetwork,I was moderating there for awhile until the server owner had to shut down the server since he did not have enough money to keep the server up.The server had an average amount of 30+ playerbase and 60+ on weekends.
2)PaladinMC:I was a helper on PaladinMC,for about a month,I was moderating on the server inits pre-leases.The owner than decided to step down and I decided to do the same because the next owner was not capable of handling the server.
3)TheDarkGames: I than applied on a factions/pixelmon server,I got accepted as a mod and I started working there for 5 months,I had a great time there,the owner knew what he was doing the staffs was nice,but than when 1.10.2 came out the owner decided to update the server to 1.10.2,unfortunately the update took longer than expected and after he updated the server to 1.10.2 many 32-bit operating systems could not get on,the server had about 100+ playerbase till it got updated,after that the server slowly started dying and I decided to take a short break,When I came back the server was already half dead,so I decided to step down.
4) Carbon network: After working on several servers,I decided to run my own one,I got a proper staff team,host and website,but unfortunately I had no time for the server,since I was going through a lot at that time,so I decided to sell the server to someone who knows what he is doing.
5)AmnestyUHC: It was a reddit UHC server,I was a moderator there,it had a 150+ playerbase everytime when there is an UHC game,after awhile the owner decided to sell the server to someone,after that the succesor did not know how to run a server,he ended up crahing it,until today we do not know if he did it on purpose or if he really did not know how to handle a server.
(I have learned how to config plugins in my journey as a staff in all this server,just a little tip to let you know about me.)
