I am hopefully starting this server from nothing by myself. Last night I realized. I am not good at staff management / Getting staff members. I need someone who can help me with that. Sounds hypocritical, good owners on here mainly do major tasks. Why won't they want to get paid for helping a server out, putting in their time, effort, and etc?

I just mean I would rather not pay someone. Then, end up with them doing loose useless work, but still wanting to be payed. I am more looking for a staff manager/Head Admin for the server. Not really a Owner.
