Hey MC-M! I’m Sophie, the Staff Manager for SpaceRealms. SpaceRealms is a returning Factions server with a rich past. This thread has been created for the core purpose of recruiting new and experienced staff members on SpaceRealms.


We are looking for Staff Members that meet the following requirements;

• Experience with Factions staffing.
• Not holding a staff position elsewhere.
• Discord account.
• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Working microphone & recording software (at least 15 fps & 360p).
• Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours a week to SpaceRealms.

We are also looking for a Community Manager that meets the following requirements;

• Experienced with Factions.
• Not holding a staff position elsewhere (Discord only servers are fine).
• Experienced in managing Faction communities.
• Working microphone.
• Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours a week to SpaceRealms.
• Must have an up-to-date resume.
• Must be at least 14 years old.
• Moderate configuration knowledge.

Turbo is a Discord server, not a Minecraft server. Additionally, exceptions can be made depending on the persons time management and role.

Might wanna specify that instead of just “Not holding a staff position elsewhere”. Many discord servers still are a form of being staff, even if it is not predominantly on a Minecraft Server. And since the position isn’t currently paid, the rules should be removed until the position has been confirmed to be paid, that’s unfair in a way to people who leave their current network to join this server for experience.
