A vouch copy is better explained like this,
The seller gives a reputable member a free copy,
that member makes sure that person is legit and good, then gives the seller a vouch when they receive the order.
Then, vouches are to tell others that you are trustworthy.

Personally, I think trust doesn't matter as the designer. The customer should always pay first. No one will want to buy a logo deigned for someone else. So the designer would have no reason not to give to logo after payement. No trust rly needed. Unless that designer is a huge prick and doesn't give the logo after payment for some odd reason. If so they would be waisting their time here.
