Name: PlasmaFly

Commands: /fly

Description: PlasmaFly will allow the user to fly with the command /fly and has a custom message to go with it. This is instead of the essentials command. The command will run out in 10 minutes which gives the user 10 minutes of fly minimum and then they have to wait 60 minutes for it too recharge and then they can re use it again

Schedulers arent hard and are probably quite easy, I said small plugins, and I'll try anything. I'm still learning.
