Okay, got it sorted.

We moved our billing system, including its database, to a new server overnight and during this transition the passwords saved in WHMCS were lost. We exported the imported the database on the new server and I am assuming that the passwords are encrypted and don't get transferred with it. I updated the accounts with their passwords so that login cPanel button should work again.

Our Web1 was down for a bit yesterday and you likely tried to ping it during that window of downtime. We will soon have an uptime page on our website to make it easier for our customers to see their website uptime/

I have setup the hash access in cPanel.

Thank you DieDox, it looks like the issue this time was that paypal sent the payment notification to the old IP, since we moved our billing to two IPs over the last few days. It should be propagated now, I will have to give it a test with an account with credit.
