I need an exclusive staff chat plugin so I can easily communicate with my staff members. Here is some info based around the plugin.

/staffchat or /sc
[Enables staff chat, every message you type will be in staff chat unless you disable by typing the same command again]

When enabled: &aStaff chat enabled
When disabled: &aStaff chat disabled

Format when talking in staff chat: &6&lSTAFF &e{USERNAME}: {MESSAGE}
