Hello! My name is SwiftUnity and I'm here to recruit staff. I currently own a Minecraft server with a dedicated staff team behind it. Recently we've been running low on staff so I came here to hire new ones. I personally have owned this server for 5 years now and have paid over $1000 USD for it's development. Our staff team is very dedicated and will welcome newcomers with open arms. Creativity and variety is key on our server as we have many things that no one has ever thought of. We have 127 unique worlds and 170 plugins (some on standby). Our development looks to take another year or two so this is obviously long term. Even though it may seem like a long time, the rewards among release will be huge. I hope you take this recruitment seriously as we have spent thousands of hours so far. Many obstacles will be in our way but we will bypass each one of them knowing our purpose in this game. Thank you for reading and taking this into consideration.

Being a staff is easy,all you have to do is pass these prerequisites and you'll be recruited!
Expectations:

1. Must be 13 or older
2. Must have a Skype/Discord and is available to call
3. Must be trustworthy and friendly to all members of the staff team
4. Must be semi-active throughout the week
5. Must be willing for a long-term collaboration
6. Must have the ability to work in a team

NOTE: Payments through staff will be distributed monthly via PayPal. The money will be evenly split. If we don't earn any money for that month then there will be no payments.

We strive to make the best experience for players. The server will contain a variety of things including: MiniGames, Survivals, and much much more. I cannot go much into detail here because the ideas are still classified so no one copies it

Would you be deterred at all if I happened to own my own server. I cannot see myself using your ideas as it is a factions pvp server (unless you are creating one of those as well.)
