Flintcrafted Recruitment:

Flintcrafted is need of some dedicated hard-working staff. How we choose staff is different than other servers. It doesn't matter how many servers you've worked for previously:
if you are hardworking, we would love to accept you. While having
experience does get you a higher chance of becoming staff, if you are
someone who can program a FPS in 3 minutes, but you are only active once
a month, we will not choose you. In short, we want these qualities in staff:

• Hard Working

• Compassionate

• Resilient

• Flexible

• Responsible

• Willing to Learn

If you have read this far, there will be no more boring lectures from me. Here is what you can apply for:

• Builder

• Helper (temporarily unavailable)

• Developer

• Worldpainter

• GFX Artist

• 3D Modeler

• Lore Writer

You may have noticed, that there is no Moderator or Admin roles. We
do have those roles, but you have to work your way up to them.

As a staff member you will be responsible for:

• All Staff: Voting on issues, generating ideas, getting a trello account

• Builder: Building structures based on lore and detials provided

• Helper: Helping staff out with projects, providing a friendly community.

• Developer: Getting a gitlab (not github) account to collab on code

• Worldpainter: Worldpainting worlds for our new game modes, according to lore, and helping builders out

• GFX: Making various logos for our different game modes and signs

• 3D Modeler: Using Cubik Studio (or similar) to make models for our custom game modes

• Lore Writer: Writing Lore and Storyline. This is one of the most responsible positions, as what you write changes what everyone does.

Update:

Flintcrafted is a growing RPG network that is focusing on learning, creating, fun and ofcourse free to play.
Our minecraft network is based around medieval RPG, however we also create other RP gamemodes if we have "spare time" of our main project. Our main goal is a player base of 10 or more [players when we release or custom gamemode with a big map to explore and story to follow. We think its really important to learn while we play, thats why we accept all staff we can find that haves creativity, sense of humor and spair time to work in.
