My In-game alias is Stainless_, I’am 16 years old and I live in the Netherlands. Right now I play minecraft for about 5 years. However I did take a one year break, but I’m back! In this post I’m going to tell you all my experience as an staff member on any server.
One thing that I think is very important in a staff team is coordination and teamwork. I like to think that I’m pretty good at both of these. The thing about coordination is what staff should be doing. You gave them a tag but sometimes they still don’t know what to do. Give them explanation, talk about what they need to do, give them scenarios to test with etc.
So that is what I think of coordination.
Teamwork is of course also very important first don’t let two people work together if they don’t like each other, because if you don’t like each other your teamwork is worse it’s as simple as that. It’s also a part of coordination. When you know what is expected from you you can help anyone in need. Also sometimes you will have to make your own decisions.
So that is what I think about teamwork and coordination.
Second thing that is very important in an server is honesty. If no one can trust each other you have a messed up staff team. Something to do about that trust is to have fun with each other and get to know each other. Like this you will create a bond and you can trust each other more with means you will be more honest with each other!
These above are some of my strengths! I explained a little about what I think about these topics and how I look at these.
This part might throw you off a little but let me explain.
I do not have a lot of experience. Yes that is right I said it! The thing is I have been staff on so many servers and have seen so much. But half of the servers didn’t even release, some did but the release was badly planned so the server died down after 1 week. So why do I claim that I’m an “Experienced staff personal” that is because I haven’t been staff on an actual big server. I have had up to 50 players max and that is it! It was easy to handle and I have been doing it for a while now so I feel like I’m able to say that I’m experienced on the lower populated servers. So I wrote this application to see if I can make it on an “professional” server.
I know the Experience part might have thrown you of a lot. But, I think I’m ready for this challenge to quit working for these low end servers (Don’t get me wrong I love these small cozy communities) and go for the big guys. This might have been a really bad application but I’m just think out of the top of my head and this is all written in one try!
