StudentHub is an application made for students from students. StudentHub makes it easy for students (in a classroom) to work together and help each other. The application saves everything in the cloud so that the data can be accessed anywhere at any time.

This features will be coming in the next weeks:
- Chat (private & group chat for the classroom)
- Files (Upload files to events or such, so others get access to them)
- More rank possibilities (Administrator, User)

I'd be very happy if you would test it, or test it with your class. So I can fix bugs and add features.
Any feedback & suggestions are welcome

wow This looks amazing, but it seems kind of as a calender with a chat app. Maybe if you added more features it would be better. Overall nice idea.

P.S Maybe a feature where the teacher could make a test with multiple choice answers and the students could answer it and the results would be sent to the teacher?
Currently there aren't many features (since it's still in BETA). About your question. I wanted to make an application for students, not for schools. So only students can use it and not teachers. But yeah, I'll think about it.

I understand, but lets assume I am a student. Why would I use your app. When I have my classmates on different way more popular apps where I can chat with them? For the calender why would I use your app. When I have a built-in calendar on my device which I can screenshot and send to my friends or just simply tell them what I have planned for today. You get me? With the current features I just feel like it wouldn't be much useful to most people and is just another chat room type app but it's still in beta so I am excited to see how this will turn out. I just wanted to give some feedback to help improve what you are aiming for. Sorry if I seemed a bit harsh. I just feel it would have more purpose if the teacher would be able to "assign" or "send" homework or study pages through it to the students. Maybe make a seperate "TeacherHub" app where it would interact with this app, but still give the students the comfort on StudentHub where the teacher can't spy on the students chat activity with other peers. Also about "I wanted to make an application for students, not for schools." why not just make the app focused on people in general rather than students? The calendar feature can be used for more than just homework and assignments. Again just some ideas and feedback.
It is important for me to recieve feedback (I'm also testing this in my classroom), and yes, currently it doesn't have much to offer. But, I'm already starting to work on team-based features (classroom or not) which include:
  • File Management: It's basically just like a folder where you can upload files (for example a presentation or a Solidworks file)
  • Chat: As we're currently chatting via WhatsApp it makes it rather inconvenient switching between apps (even if it's just two clicks, but that's the world we live in)
"But still give the students the comfort on StudentHub where the teacher can't spy on the students" - You're absolutely right. I even talked to a developer that told me, if the app gets success (that means if students will use it on a daily basis) I should consider making an app for students/teachers to interact with each-other (Basically a network for a school).

It would be awesome if you could create a MacOS application for this, or a website. Students would be able to utilize this using their Chromebooks, Macbooks, etc.
