ReactiveMC - Administrator for their Practice server which averaged around 70 people. Was an Administrator for ReactiveMC for around 6 months.
RedstonePvP - "Staff" (Moderator), server averaged 100+ people while I was staff.
PulseHCF - I was a Helper for PulseHCF but resigned after 1 week because the owner treated us like trash. Some how.. the server has 30+ people on.
WarfineHCF - I'm currently a Senior. Moderator for WarfineHCF but they're thinking of closing it down. It had an average of 30-35 players online daily.
And I've been a staff member on a lot of smaller servers which either closed down due to no fund or I simply didn't enjoy it anymore.

Time Available:

On weekdays - 3 to 5 hours.
On weekends - 5 to 7 hours.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member: As I am a very optimistic person, when I am standing in front of a problem I think around it and try to solve it. I don't sit and whine, but in the occasions of when the problem is to big for me I will contact a higher and more influential person. I believe I have the traits of an honest and friendly staff member. In the past 2 years I have been on thousands of servers, I can instantly tell which ones I want to settle down on and make friends. This has been the case as I have been staff on around 5-7 servers. I am familiar with almost every command you chuck at me. I'm not going to tell you about myself, but what I CAN do for the server. To begin, every server has those players that have toxicity built into them, but why should others be hurt by them and even destroy what a community is known for. As the saying goes 1 bad apple in the barrel ruins the lot. If I do get accepted as staff I will achieve the following points. To make the servers chat more fluent instead of curses and spam. Then my goals are to build a reputation for the server. However, this cannot be achieved by myself that is why I am applying to be around people who are experienced and are able to help those that need it. I am always open to help others, no matter the problem. BUT, the main problem is hackers. That's why I will be there to find those that do not respect others and how they can affect them... However, I am there. I will look for cheaters and/or rule breakers. As I'm able to record to provide proof of each ban with 30+ fps. finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently. Also to mute/kick any Spammers or Advertisers.
Why do you want to join as a Staff Member: Because I think that this is a great opportunity for me to have fun in Minecraft again. I haven't had friends or fun in Minecraft since I started playing csgo and need some people to enjoy my time playing this game with. What better way to make friends then being a staff member on an upcoming server with so much potential. Of course, I have staffing history. I was staff for a year on a server called ReactiveMC, which due to poor management and drama, I decided to leave. Since the couple of months ago that I resigned, I felt empty playing this game. All of my friends were on that server, but I wasn't going to go back. I really hope to be apart of your staff team and watch this server grow with all of the new players and staff members that I can hopefully call friends.

Past Work Experience: I owned a survival server for 2 years that had a decent amount of players on it, around 20 - 50 players a day. Mostly on the summers we would hit a top player amount of 80 players. I have been staff on a server called DefusePvP when it was up, Mainly known as PainfulPvP's server, I was staff on it until it shut down. I had also been admin on another server and it had 10-15 players on it, But eventually it died down and I resigned due to no players. I have owned a network before, It was called MythicalNetWork. I owned it for 3 months but I eventually had to go back to school at the time and didn't want to run a network at the time. I was manager on a BiomeCraft for 5 months after. I worked my hardest to do my job and make the community better on there. I spent 1000+ hours on there for 3 months working hard to keep it a good place.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member: I feel i can bring a staff member who can help all the time and make sure its a clean community and make sure the chat is clean. I can be active on the forums and report rule breakers on the forums. I can bring a nice person and kind to players who need help. I can bring a staff member that everyone will like and look up to and want to need ask for help. I am very familiar with the Ban system commands, I have used it on a previous server of mine and always have.

Why you want to join as a Staff Member: because I think you should choose me because I am very a very dedicated person, I work really hard to exceed your expectations. I am very kind and chill when it comes to handling things. I'm interested because I love to help players and answer questions that are asked. I have always wanted to have a staff tag so i can stand out and players will notice me and want to ask me questions when they need help. I like to be nice to players on the server and help them with what they need help with. The server needs a good helper on there to assist players on doing the right thing and not breaking the rules. I feel i can be that staff member and make it a good community and keep chat clean. Most people say I am really chill while handling situations. I do agree with that statement, I am pretty chill when it comes to handling things. I like to laugh and have fun from time to time, But when it's time to be serious, I get to the point and get the job done. I also love to help people, When it comes to helping someone, I go to long lengths to help that person out. I work my hardest on every server I'm staff on. I dedicate my self to every thing I am put up to. If there is something I can't do, I still try my hardest to figure it out or I ask someone who might now how to do it. I don't rush my self when I am staff on a server, I take my time and do it right the first time. I know a lot of people make mistakes, We all do, But I Fix my mistakes when they happen, They don't happen a lot. I would keep my job no matter how hard the job gets. I understand how hard it is being admin on a huge server or even being staff on a huge server. The players can be really stressing and I can handle the intensity of being staff on a huge server.

Past Work Experience: Overall, I have quite a lot of experience working on servers. I have been Helper, Moderator, and Admin on a variety of servers, as well as even owning some. Most of the servers that I was staff on have shut down, but the list is as follows: Daegonner PVP, Badlion Network, Turf-Wars, BlockGods, and Hardcore Raids. Most of the servers I have been staff on have greatly benefited from my presence.
Time Available: I am pretty much available every day, starting from approximately 3:10 PM and I am available until 8:30 PM. However, the times that I am available change on weekends. I am available for a much greater amount of time on the weekends. I am currently in my junior year in high school, taking all honors and AP classes, so I might be busy from time to time.
What you will do to help as a Staff Member: Throughout my experience as various staff positions on various servers, my main goal was to improve the server in whatever way. Whether that be by playerbase, money-wise, or even ideas for various gamemodes. Since I have such experience as a staff member, there isn't much that I don't know about Minecraft servers and gamemodes. As a staff member, I would encourage the playerbase to bring their friends to the server, make sure their friends and themselves stick around to watch the server grow, and then I would help with whatever else would need finished. As a person, whenever I start something, I continue with it and eventually finish it. As a staff member, as a person I would grow, and I would hope your server grows in the process.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member: There are many reasons that I would like to be a part of the staff team. I am very interested in the server itself and the various gamemodes that the server hosts. I do in fact see more potential in the server, and I would like to be there when the server reaches this potential. I think that I surpass many of the other applicants when it comes to familiarity with Minecraft plugins, and the inner workings of running a Minecraft server. I have knowledge of almost all Minecraft plugins, and how they can be manipulated to achieve what you want in a plugin. As well as Minecraft, I do have knowledge in HTML for website developing. However, I am not comfortable with working with a website fully by myself, but rather have someone else help if I were to do anything of that sorts. I would like to be a part of the staff team so that I can help the server grow, and watch myself and those around me grow in the process. I think that if I were to be accepted into the staff team, I can help not only the players on the server, but also the rest of the staff team. As I stated above, I have tons of experience in various staff positions, have knowledge of tons of Minecraft plugins, and I know the inner workings of a Minecraft server, as I have owned some in the past. I would like to join the staff team as I think that I am best suitable for this position, and everyone involved would benefit.

Position Wanted - From pas experience, I like the whole "working your way up" system, however I don't think I need to prove myself that much due to my previous experiences, so I would prefer being a Moderator
Past Work Experience - In my entire Minecraft moderating experience, I have actually only ever been staff on two servers.
First server - MC-SG: MC-SG Was a network filled with minigames from basic Survival mode to Hunger Games, in total if I'm remembering correctly there were about 10 gamemodes I would say. The server would reach up to 2000 players daily which was quite hard to moderate, I got up to Moderator on that server which was in total three promotions = Helper > Trusted > Moderator. The Owner - Double0Negative was the creator of the first Hunger Games plaugin which I find pretty amazing. [2 years working as a staff member]
Second server - Omegarealm (Still open today): Omegarealm Is a network a lot like MC-SG, filled with lots of gamemodes such as Factions, Skyblock and PVE. The server still reaches up to 1500 players on weekends at the right time and reaches up to 800 players daily during weekdays. I got promoted twice on this server, joining as a Helper promoted up to Moderator. Omegarealm was one of the best experiences of my Minecraft career however due to family issues I had to leave the staff team. The Owner - ZexyZek has over 1.5Million subscribers on Youtube which I also find amazing. [1.5 years of working as a staff member]
Time Available - I'm available around 2 - 5 hours during weekdays and more on weekends. My timezone: Central European Time Zone UTC+01:00
What you will do to help as a Staff Member - I would do the exact same duties I had on my past experience, moderate the server, moderate the forums / website and give input of what I think could improve the server.
Why you want to join as a Staff Member - I have been out of Minecraft moderating work for a while now and I feel as though it is time for me to come back and create new memories with new people, It would also do me good, I'd much rather moderate a server and doing a job then sitting at home doing nothing basically.
