Trying one more time to find help for Valentine Realms

Hey! My name is Valentine if you don't already know me.
I've been trying to put servers together for months now to create Valentine Realms. I've been trying to recruit people, build, configure, get plugins made, etc, all on my own, and to be honest, I'm getting very tired.
I'm looking for more people to help me with this kind of thing.
We have a hub and a towny server in beta right now that I'm planning on pushing toward a full release, I just need a bit more help!

Can you do any of the following?

• Build
• Draw
• Configure
• Terraform
• Develop
• Recruit

Then I need your help!

I know this isn't a typical super energetic, catchy ad, but to be honest I just really need help right now. If you want to join the team, it's all voluntary work, but if you want to be paid just state so beforehand and be ready with some kind of portfolio. A portfolio is needed whether you're trying to be paid or not.

If you want some advice, put some money toward advertising. Yesterday afternoon, I bought an ad space on here, and I've already received 6 responses. 6 more than what I got before I paid for it. 5 of them were actually half-decent. If you want a successful server, think about saving some money and using it to improve your server.

Yeah the issue is I'm not sure where to put the ads anymore, if I wanted to cover all of what I'd need I'd have to pay for an ad in each section.
