This user isn't hosting a private server for their friend, so your logic is void. This user is offering a public service claiming to be a hosting company. As per Team Speaks terms of service it requires a license issued by them.

Well aware of the post, just pointing out there that what you are saying is not entirely true, and that is fact.

To be a Team Speak 3 hosting company (not someone hosting a single TS server). You need to have a business license and be accepted by Team Speak.

You should do research before commenting the wrong facts.....
