Hello. My name is Zedn1k and I am the Staff Manager of VanityMC. VanityMC averages 200 players and 400 at peak. At release we peaked at 750 players. Currently, we have a fairly small and US based staff team. We are currently looking for anyone that has experience as a FACTIONS staff member. We do not require a lot of experience, just enough to know how the gamemode works, how factions communities can vary and most of the basic faction staff commands.

Are there requirements for being staff on VanityMC?

Yes, indeed there is. To become a staff member on VanityMC you must be 13 years of age or over. You must have factions staff experience and have a good amount of knowledge of the factions gamemode.

What staff positions are currently open?

By default, everyone starts at Trial-Helper. This is enables the staff member to learn the community if they haven't already and learn how our staff system works. This includes the way you should deal with things, how to deal with certain situation/players and many other things. In basic terms, Trial-Helper is the stage where you learn and we analyse.

If you have tremendous administration experience and you have written up resume, you may have the opportunity to be fast tracked to Senior Moderator or even Administrator. However, this will all depend on how the Staff Management feel about your experience and character.

In addition to this, I would like to add that it can be extremely easy to go through the staff ranks within VanityMC. All you need to do is show commitment, loyalty and to work hard.

Not to trash or anything Zed because i think your a great staff member on VanityMC because i play it but honestly the staff are so stupid on there and legit do nothing but abuse and favoritism factions. Only ones that i actually see making a contribution to the community are you, Lee, SuperCool, and Jarno i may have forgotten one or two but those are the ones that stand out in my mind. The really abusive and dumb ones are Realists and Sliix.

This is just my 2 cents worth on this topic sorry to trash if you take it that way.
