VexMC is recruiting staff members for our upcoming server.

Information:
VexMC's Nysa 2 map is just around the corner, and we need staff to help run the darn thing! From now till (End staff apps date) we'll be opening our staff application page for all to apply! Staff here will enjoy the satisfying satisfaction of being staff on an upcoming large server, you will enjoy weekly promotions/demotions, you will enjoy an organized staff team and server, and mostly, friendly people to work with. You can get involved with the community, or stay more backside and work on server things, it's all up to you!

We're interested in:
We're looking for good dedicated staff to help the server through it's times of our map. What we look in staff is the following: We'd like to see staff have a positive attitude, work well with a team, do a great job, and strive to be the best person they can be! If you're accepted as a staff member on VexMC, you will be invited to the staff discord where you can lounge out with other staff members, vote on server decisions before released to the public, compete in staff events and staff vs player events (Optional), upload your punishment proof, and overall, just have a great time staffing!

Application statuses & responses:
Upon submission of your application, you will receive a response regarding the status of your application within 48 hours. You may also join our public discord where you will also receive your staff roles, chat with the community, manage tickets, view announcements, and so forth.

Staff requirements & Information:
• We ask that all staff members do not work for more than two servers.
• We ask all applicants to be aged 14 or over.
• Must have a working microphone.
• Must have a high level of professionalism and maturity.
• Long and detailed applications are encouraged.
• Plagiarism will result in an instant denial.

Please note all positions are a volunteer position, not paid!

Remember all staff will be split evenly into time zones, you may not be accepted because your time zone. All staff will be split into NA, EU, and Asian/Australian.

Are there different requirements for different positions or is it just how well your application is written?

There are no specifically written requirements other then the ones I have posted, though we will judge your application based on our own opinions on how we think you will do in the team. We do encourage to write long applications.

is there any exception if I don't have a microphone but I'm good staff?

Do you have a headset? A mic isn't required as long as you can type, but being able to attend meetings via sound is quite required

I would've applied if 1: Finals were over 2: If I cured my fear about staffing servers (I staffed servers since 2013 and my last experience as a staff member was really scary) 3: If I wasn't working with the nicest guy on earth Ghast as a developer.

That's no problem! Besides, we're a friendly group of people. If you ever want to try it again, just give us an application! Apply for helper which is low stress, like I said, if you are busy, then don't, but if you want to get back into it, just give it a shot! :D

I should start by knowing if you guys were interested in a guy that will just join in free time to detend my mind (means not fully dedicated, meaning I won't go there when my mind is down, but I'll go there to peace myself out, so approx 14-20 hours per week

Well that is kind of a difficult question. It really depends if there is a consistency. If you can at least commit some time to it on a schedule that I can actually have written down, instead of random, then I can say yes. The problem lays if your activeness is random, then it is harder to schedule out and plan things for different staff members.

If you're a developer, we are also looking for devs, but that is a volunteer position and most people don't like developing for free.
