Your commission rates for sales reps are very low, most teams offer 10 - 15%. Why is yours so low? Sales reps are gonna be the ones bringing you customers, so if you're not paying them as much as others why would they take the customer to you instead of a different service team?

Our Sales Representatives are paid in a various amount of ways. They are mainly paid based on how many users they bring to us, and if one of those users they bring to us purchases a service from us that representative will recieve 10-15% of that commission Aswell as a monthly pay. If they do not do their job they will not be paid.

You offer monthly pay? And commission? How much is the monthly pay because most people dont offer monthly pay? Also is it so if they had 1 customer a month they could get there monthly pay, if they got 10 customers they would have the same monthly pay and then if they had 0 customers that month they wouldn't get paid?

If you get paying customers that monthly pay is a bonus so basically as long as you get atleast 1 customer you will get that bonus. The bonus can vary depending on how many customers you actually bring.
