For those of you who came to this post, yes i do provide a free plan of my web hosting but it will be limited by using my subdomain (you get to pick the name) and low storage/bandwidth. However, i provide custom plans for whatever your looking for at a negotiable price.
I also provide an unlimited plan for roughly 5$ a month (also negotiable).

Currently its what you believe it's worth. I currently plan on it having 2 databases, 3 ftp accounts, 3 email accounts, 5gb storage and bandwidth, 1 email list and 1 subdomain you can make.

lets start off with that it's free
and everyone with experience knows "higher the price higher the quality"

that is not always true. Cheaper can sometimes mean better.
