Heyo, I've been working on Minecraft servers for a little over a decade now. I know the ins and outs of YML files and I can code in Java and Python at least decently well.
Whether it's essentials, making a cool tab, motds, crates, command panels, citizens or whatever else you need, there's a 99% chance I can do it and if I can't I can figure out how to do it.
Most of the servers I've owned or worked on before are shut down because I got a real job (suck it) but real job stopped keeping up with inflation so here I am.
I'm cheap.

I can also set up servers, Im most familiar with pterodactyl panel and pebblehost.
