Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I'm looking for a custom Xenforo theme for my server. We are a prison server and prioritise a red colour pallet. I'm looking for a high quality theme that is exclusive to us and is well detailed. I'm thinking of our logo centred around a nice design on a banner at the top of the page, backed by a cinematic shaders shot of our spawn or any build that looks good. Down the page would be a fading red into black with a grain to it for extra detail.
Sorry for the awful explanation but hopefully you get my idea.
Our maximum budget is 100$, we don't really want to go higher. If possible we would compromise for a lower cost.
