Seems legit. The company linked to this appears to be XNS Technology Group Inc. which is a RIPE member (which often times means they at least own their own IPs - and that usually means they own their own hardware - and that usually means they aren't piss poor, hopefully).

We are not set at $8/GB. In fact this is only true for the 1GB package. Purchasing servers with a higher amount of RAM allocation is more price effective because we do not oversell our nodes so it is more beneficial to us to put fewer high ram servers into one node than to have a large amount of 512MB and 1024MB servers. Therefore these servers will get better performance which is what we aim for.
Furthermore, our price competes with the major competitors out there such as MCProHosting who offer $9.99/GB and NodeCraft who offer $10/GB.

Just a suggestion but if I was you I would sell for $2.50 or $3 or else everyone is just going to go to another host that sells that cheap and provides just as good services.

Thanks for your suggestion. We like to market ourselves as mid-range, the Minecraft server industry is very much "you get what you pay for" so we try to balance value with performance.

We are not a dedicated server provider and do not tend market ourselves as such (our website is awaiting an update to reorder the banners so dedicated servers is not first), we occasionally have spare machines which we advertise on our website. We are planning to review the pricing of our dedicated servers and update our current stock shortly.

Those images are from when that setup was first installed, the cable management was corrected once the next batch of servers was added thankfully!
