Thinking of advertisement is a great thing, but you should focus on more things that hopefully will attract more players to your brand new server. First of all, I'm not doing this because I want to criticise your server but to help you out & give you some tips on how to get a stable player base.
IP: Let's start with the IP: Get a custom-IP instead of all the numbers. Having your IP like that seems unprofessional to me. Changing it to play.zercraft.com / mc.zercraft.com or whatever you want, is cheap and very simple.
Server description: I've read some of your server descriptions on a few Minecraft listing websites here and there, they seem very short and not very informative. Take time and think of it as a pitch. You literally only have your server description and banner to impress people to connect to YOUR server and not the next one on the list. This brings me to my next subject:
Graphics: Get your hands on a cheap banner, they aren't very expensive if you take time to find somebody to help you out here on MC-Market. You should also consider getting a new server icon and other graphics. This doesn't mean you need to spend 500$ or anything big on graphics but literally, 10$ will improve a lot from what you have right now.
Server:
Work in progress?: There's a lot of work to do here. I don't see a reason having different signs around your spawn with "work in progress". That's just annoying. Don't build stuff that isn't done yet, build stuff on a different server and implement it overnight or when there are no players online.
The shop: Get your hands on another shop plugin, having tons of chests around in your shop make it look like a player shop, which it obviously isn't. It's obvious to see you already are working on a different shop plugin, since /shop is working but has no content so far. Get it done. A beautiful shop is way more important than playing survival on your own server.
Commands: I tried to use /plugins and it actually worked, even though I randomly got nausea II. I don't see a reason to give people nausea when you can literally just disable the /plugins command for normal members. You shouldn't give people negative effects for using a command you only want to be able for yourself.
ViaVersion: I normally play on 1.10 because I'm able to connect to tons of different servers on that version and because I have all my working texture packs on that version as well. If I was a new player I would actually not connect to if I needed to change my Minecraft version, it's annoying and frustrating and actually, makes you lose a lot of potential new players. If I was you, I would get ViaVersion and make your server compatible with more than one Minecraft version.
I didn't have time to write more, nor looking more around on your server. Overall it seems like a chill and could have a possibility for a small community. It's just a survival server so if you are looking for a bigger player base, then don't forget that survival isn't very unique unless you got some custom and different plugins.
I'm not even close to a professional server owner but this is just feedback you can decide to use or not. I'm not telling you this is how you are supposed to run a server but what I think would help you out in the future.

The thing is when it comes to buying a banner, is that I dont have any money at all todo that. I can improve the descriptions on the server lists but anything that requires money is not possible, because im using what i have for the server (which isnt much on its own). But i will do what i can to improve whats there, thanks for the help. That is not honest criticism. If i wish to start a server with what little money i have then so be it. If you hate it then get out of the forum and look for a server you like. But i am running it the way i want to, not the way you think it should be run.
I went to this forum to ask for youtubers who are willing to help advertise, not for people to insult how i run things on my server.

I started servers before with barely any money (as in 5$) and i got hundreds in return from donations over time. They stayed up for a few years but closed because of the lack of players who got bored after the world was destroyed by everyone else. Im not here for criticism, im here for advertisement for my server.
