=> Permissions updated message that is sent to player when their permissions are updated is now editable in messages under "PLAYER-PERMISSIONS-UPDATE", you can also set this path to empty to disable message from being sent

=> Added back separate database for mongo authentication, it will automatically update in your database.yml so you don't to worry about it
