- Added punish priorities

• You can now add permission for punish priority
• Punish priority can go from 1 to 50
• Permission for priority would be
  aqua.punish.priority.<priority>, replace <priority> with any number from 1 to 50
• To bypass this priority use permission
  aqua.punish.priority.bypass
• Note: You need to add priority to ranks that have permission to any punish command

- Added placeholder for vanish and staff mode for PlaceholderAPI and MVdWPlaceholderAPI

• For PlaceholderAPI
  • %player_staffmode_prefix% - returns a staff mode tab placeholder from a config
  • %player_vanish_prefix% - returns a vanish tab placeholder from a config
• For MVdWPlaceholderAPI
  • {player_staffmode_prefix} - returns a staff mode tab placeholder from a config

- Implemented support for a Vault, you can now use Vault to get suffixes, prefixes etc from AquaCore.
