This is my first review on BBB. I bought this plugin with high hopes, but I am extremely disappointed. The plugin has a few bugs that annoyed me and lacks many features I was expecting (hex color, placeholder API in locale/message, etc). Although I suggested and reported these issues, I waited for about five months. The developer seems to be very inactive and always said they were busy with irl stuff or something like that. Eventually, the studio shut down because of their hosting provider (like how?). It makes me feel like I’ve been scammed, they don't even provide a replacement or any solution and they just selling ownership, the source code or something like that. Furthermore, the reviews are mostly from their own staff team. Maybe i am wrong but in my opinion, i would not recommend buying this plugin right now :(

Bought source code to ElementalStaff with updates, support was great responding to all of my questions precisely and swiftly, would recommend buying if you need a staff plugin!

Modularity and Redis connection makes the plugin fantastic.

Amazing resource, the fact that it is fully modular now means this plugin can do as much/little as you want it to. This is a must-have for any large server that wants to give staff the ability to monitor and freeze players, and there are additional features like staff chat and lunar client detection that add value as well! The developer is friendly and always willing to help, getting this plugin at such a cheap price is an abolute steal!

This plugin is something special. Literally is one plugin with numerous other features. Really helps me out. Thank you.
