- Added new WorldGuard System
You now no longer have to execute the worldguard commands for the enchantments to work.
It now works in a custom system so if you do not have a region in a location then enchants will work. If you are in a region they are required to have the flags ALLOW for enchants to work.

Create a rain of a customisable block and then when it lands, if it's ontop of a player then damage them or their armor.
