ExploitFixer - Anti-Crash/Dupe Plugin v4.0.4

+ Added feather client Inventory Exploit duplication method with vulcan and shulkers.

Improved bypass permission performance: Now a cache is used to check permissions, so we do not do constant permissions checks and save performance.

Packet cooldown system: Prevent some nasty duplication and crasher exploits by applying cooldown to some packets. (Reset config.yml to enable)

+ Added check for when placing redstone above trap doors. (Fixes crashers on 1.13+)

* Fixed double sounds when breaking blocks in creative and sometimes on survival.

* Fixed plugin throwing errors on old minecraft versions.
+ Added check for 1.16.5 bed duplication exploit.

* Just a reupload because some people seem to still have problems with beds (not happening on our own server for some reason)
