These placeholders can be used for customizations.

Added back the old Health Indicator Placeholder, new placeholders below:

New Placeholders:

%codihi_old_health% = 20 ❤ # with absortion hearts combined
%codihi_old_sideways_health% ❤ 20 # with absortion hearts combined but heart icon is sideways

Added 2 Digit Decimals, text shadow, separated normal hearts and absortion hearts.

Changed the text color for red and yellow, fixed some common bugs on TAB plugin
