Updated setup to work with the new version of Lucky Pillars. Scoreboards are now handled by the plugin itself at /plugins/LuckyPillars/scoreboard.yml with phase-based displays across Normal, Duel, and Team modes.

Updated any outdated plugins to their latest versions.

⟡ Version Bump
Updated setup to 1.21.11 as the native version.

Changed the BattlePass system to now start from Level 0 instead of Level 1. Previously, starting at Level 1 caused the first level's unlock permissions to be skipped entirely.
