MarkElf's NCP Configuration v9.0.2

I've actually been delaying this update for quite a bit of time but I'm glad to finally be pushing it.

Configuration changes:

• Noticeable Nuker improvement.
  
• Improved block interaction checks.
  
• Dramatic improvement across majority of combat checks.
  
• Phase revamp.
  
• Revamped spambot check.
  
• Temp fix for elytra boosting applied (non-tested)
  
• Various other changes not worth mentioning.

File changes:

• Added custom version of NTAC (ncp patchwork) originally by Vic0682. If there are errors, shoot me a message via PM and I'll look into them. Plugin functions from 1.9 - latest 1.11.2 Spigot build.

The following changes have been applied, as always, send me a message if you run into any issues:

• Resolves slab glitching/rubberbanding (in theory at least)
• Improved instant consume check.
• Stabilize morepackets check with lag (nojokelol).
• fight.direction inf VL patch fix introduced.
• Reach improvement based upon Black Reaper's testing.
• Large revamp of combat section that I plan to continue working on (Hopefully with Black Reaper).
• Patches the console notification per reboot found in the version prior.
  
• Stabilizes all player movement by modifying the default checked speed limits to a fatigue.
• Large improvement to SurvivalFly check.
• A lot of cleaning up of semi-sloppy sections.

I appreciate errors and mistakes being forwarded to me when I make them. I am taking it slow in terms of support since I'm going to be out for the holidays, hence why I had to push the last update a bit early and minor issues existed.

• Fixes walking on path blocks (Sikatsu).
• Patches "/ncp reload" error (Sikatsu).

• Should stabilize player movement for all players, even lagging players - should dramatically reduce rubberbanding or lagging back.
• Early Minecraft 1.11 support added (I'll push another update once it's more stable - I'm out for a few days hence why I need to push this today).
• Should resolve issues with soiled grass blocks on 1.10+.

• Patches issues with lily pads when using viaversion or other multi-version allowing alternatives (I'll be getting to carpet and slabs later - Thronius).
• Changes applied to resolve issues with fly rubberbanding based upon sprint speed when moving. (Sikatsu)

Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of when I began configuring NoCheatPlus and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to help a large number of server owners in their quest to find a sufficient anti-cheat plugin.

Changes in General:

• The provided ncp.jar file has been updated to support the latest spigot.jar (1.10.x) and protocol lib (4.1+). Simply downgrade to the old ncp.jar from 2.9.2 if the newly provided ncp.jar causes any issues in terms of player movement, errors, etc. Please fill me in upon discover of any issues related to the .jar file in regards solely for this update.
• An effort to block Bunny Hopping was made in the recent update, which is included in the .jar file.
• Minor configuration changes towards the aimbot checks.

• Fixed a mistake in a section (mibby).
  
• Incorporated several changes suggested by mibby to reduce block lag and ghost blocks.
• Added notification for ExtraElytra cheat (lightly tested, will need to get back to).
• Dramatic improvement to both Auto-Clicker (Fast Clicking) checks.
• Several message changes for clarity.
• Improves FastBreak check.
• Improvements applied to each aim-bot check (1 and 3).
