Cut-out capability: Countries and VPN and PROXY

In this update we have introduced:
- Possibility of blocking countries with their own API.
- Ability to cut traffic from: VPN and PROXY.
- Improved operation in discord bot, ability to change password via discord.

Changes to the login plugin

We have made changes to the cribeAuth plugin:
- Anti-Bot verification is more precise. It checks every possible player connection.
- Ability to set up real-time verification of players' ping.
- Improved MOTD support on all versions of minecraft.
- Preparing for a major plugin update.

Update of licence system messages

We have improved the system for the operation of the licence and the notification of an incorrect or correct key.
