Ranks:
All changes are apply on all servers in real time.
Commands:

● /rank create <rank> - create rank
● /rank delete <rank> - delete rank
● /rank info <rank> - display rank info
● /rank list - display all loaded ranks
● /rank set - set player rank
● /rank setprefix - set rank prefix
● /rank setsuffix - set rank suffix
● /rank setcolor - set rank main color
● /rank setpriority - set rank priority
● /rank addperm - add permission to rank
● /rank removeperm - remove permission from rank

Punishments:
Bans, Mutes, Kicks, and others
Punishments are synchronized to all servers.
All punishments for players can be find at /history <player>
Commands:

● /ban [-s] <player> - ban player from network
● /mute [-s] <player> - mute player chat
● /kick <player> - kick player from network
● /warn <player> - warn player
● /unban [-s] <player> - unban player from network
● /unmute [-s] <player> - unmute player from network

Grant:
Grant can set player rank/permissions via GUI.
All grants for players can be find at /grants <player>

User:
User can add/remove player permissions and check information

Private messages / Reply:
Private messages allows you to send personal chats.
Target receives ping sound and can reply with /reply (/r)

Staffchat / Admin chat:
staffchat/adminchat allows you to chat with staff on other servers.
Also, sc/ac has a shortcut.

Staffchat:

1. Add "!" to message prefix
2. /staffchat <message>

Admin chat:

1. Add "@" to message prefix
   
2. /adminchat <message>

If you want to toggle, just run only /staffchat or /adminchat

Staff connect messages:

Tags:
Tags can allows you to have the tag.
Tag will displayed when chat

● /tags - display all tags

Broadcast:
Broadcast can send messages to local or network

Commands:

● /broadcast - broadcast messages

Lookup can find out which server the player is on

Skull can get skull of player

It's too much to explain in detail but
Redis MongoDB support, synchronized, new commands, more advanced settings for ranks, etc

Why do you call your main class Main you should call it Mizu or MizuPlugin at the very least Main is used for desktop applications it isn't required for plugins also have you stopped static abusing cause that's generally not so good practice.

Although I understand where you're coming from but why is adding Plugin necessary after the name of the Main Class that just looks dirty?

Generally when coding Bukkit plugins we do not name classes Main and you will often be guided to change it as the Bukkit API has a class name Main and it often makes things confusing for new/some developers. That's how I was taught when I started coding, anyway.
