I'll vouch for amazing prices and all but I'm gonna devouch for their service. When I attempted to buy a server from them for my Dev server I kept getting prompted to link my bank to my PayPal (which I haven't yet but been needing to) and it was pure annoying. I just wanted to buy a small Dev server with no issues and I just kept getting bothered during the payment process. I spoke to a really nice support representative who was willing to buy the server for me but I declined the offer. Unless this can get fixed I'll be dropping a devouch.

You may open a ticket if your root password is not showing on the email sent. We will still be able to add days to your account from the time you brought your VPS. As we told you before we do not charge for downtime at all this menas if your server was pending over 24HRs you wuld not be charged. Since you are having a hard time with getting your VPS up and running we will be able extend your days longer until you have everything up.

Please read our terms when you buy from us they clearly state VPS hosting is not refundable we will not argue with you anymore about this. You are more than welcome to do what you would like.

You should not display an email in your post so I suggest you remove that.

After pulling up your account and checking your records with us. We see you have opened 0 tickets with us.

If you were contacting us on livechat and there was no response then this means there was a high volume of clients contacting us on there and its taking longer then normal. This is why we ask for your email and if you had left your email we would have gotten back to you and the response would get emailed directly to you. Normally when our live chat is busy you can expect reply around 5min or 10min max. If you leave no email then you will not know when we responded to you.

As of now, we can assure you will get a much quicker response on live chat. As we said before we were adjusting the live chat schedules this may have been why you were not getting quick responses on there. If you would have opened a ticket or contact us on discord you would for sure get a much quicker response.
